Hopes, Dreams & Buko Juice

During a month-long trip to the Philippines, I engaged in personal conversations with the community from my hometown, Lubao, Pampanga, and asked about their honest opinions on life and what the world outside of the country looked like. Hopes, Dreams and Buko Juice became a transparent diary on how Filipinos from a range of ages and backgrounds interpret and imagine the “American dream” to be like if they had the opportunity to travel or live abroad.
